Everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms, the shower, the location (really close to a bunch of stations and only one or two stops away from Tokyo Station) and, especially the private onsen (a really life saver after a full day of walking and shopping). The hotel itself was easy to get to, and there are 2 stations nearby which allowed us to get to all the tourist spots with ease. The staff was very friendly and professional, had no problem with check-in, reception explained everything in English. We visited other hotels in Kyoto and Osaka during our stay with a lot more amenities but still none compared to the overall experience we received at hotel Kazusaya just because the staff were so amazing! It’s also very convenient walking distance to akihabara for day shopping or nearby train stations

Onsite public onsen - was not busy and very clean. Two lifts made short waiting times. Room was better and slightly bigger than some other hotels in Tokyo. Shower you walk into rather than step over bath/shower basin.
