Bathroom extremely small and filled with mold all over the roof. Room had a nasty smell and it got super suffocated through the night. Definitely will not stay again.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The location was great and close to the plazas. Very short walk to stores and restaurants. It will be nice if this hotel can offer coffee for their guests. Overall a good place to stay. Muy amables y atentos. El lugar es bueno y cerca de las plazas. A poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Deberian ofrecer cafe para los huespedes. En resumen, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Right from the start,it was not a good stay. The room we reserved was not honored. We had trouble getting into the hotel around 11pm. There was no explanation about how we get back into the hotel at night. Lastly, I was refused a bottle of water to take much needed medication and was told to go and buy it at the OXXO. It was such a disappointing experience, it ruined our trip to a much anticipated visit to Patzcuaro.

I travel a lot and this by far has been one been the worst property’s I have stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable, extremely dirty and had a horrible smell. The decorative red pillows have never been washed and smelled like sweat. The room had no ventilation and was full of mold. The shower had hair on the floor and the bathroom was not cleaned. I tried to check out but the owner of the property refused to reimburse any of the of money. I left and check in to a different hotel.

En general bien con detalles a mejorar.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y en general buen aspecto, pero la habitación que me tocó podría mejorar bastante. Las paredes del baño y el clóset presentaban manchas de hongos, observé una termita en el cortinero y una araña anidando justo ahí. No tengo problema con la araña, creo que en realidad ayuda a mantener a las termitas a raya, pero creo que otros huéspedes podrían sentirse inquietos de observarla. El piso de la parte trasera de la puerta no había sido limpiada en mucho tiempo, había pelusas grandes. Las sábanas estaban limpias y la cama era cómoda, el baño adecuado y el personal muy amable y atento, pero si atendieran un poco la cuestión de la limpieza, sería una mejora muy buena, sobre todo porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial.

Tranquilo y centrico

Fue fácil llegar, el callejón en el que está es muy lindo y tranquilo y por estar muy bien ubicado no usamos en auto y caminamos por el centro muy a gusto :)
