Room was great nice and clean, hotel was so cute! The amenities were great. The staff were very nice! The heated pool was lovely the complementary snacks were sweet gesture. Elderwood was spectacular, if we were getting food or drinks the host and servers were so kind.

I loved this hotel. Such an interesting history. It is located in convenient walking distance to downtown. The interior is decorated beautifully in the art deco style. From the crisp cotton sheets to the high ceilings it’s all lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was great, recommended us some tricks on visiting Sequoia and overall very helpful. Room was lovely and spacious, restaurant (on the roof!) was excellent, pool was nice, and we got complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived. Really lovely hotel!

This hotel was lovely. The room was pristine and luxurious. We loved the location, enjoyed the pool, and had drinks at the rooftop restaurant. The only downside was that the restaurant was $$$ and had a very limited menu. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

This is my favorite place to stay when in the Visalia area. The staff is always extremely friendly, the beds are really comfortable. The restaurant upstairs is delicious and super convenient and the pool area is beautiful.

The room was put together pretty thoughtful, there were some visible blemishes on the pillows but the amenities were great and I love that there were snacks because I definitely needed them upon arrival

Stayed 1 night. Great location in downtown Visalia before early AM drive to Sequoia NP. Glad we chose Visalia over Fresno as our starting point. Hotel has great "character" and is in excellent condition. Many restaurants & shops within walking distance. Hotel has a rooftop restaurant with nice views, but we didn't eat there.
