10/10 Exceptional

Great location
Misael, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Literal plastic bag over the smoke detector in the room Bathroom floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in ages Crumbs all over floor upon check in Weird smell in 2nd floor hallway, matched only by a dank faded weed smell in the room (maybe why a smoke detector had the plastic bag over it?) Phone would ring in room but you could not answer it and it had no dial tone if you tried to call Front desk person seemed inept and we were so tired we just said to heck with it. The bedding was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. Ph

It was a good deal. I felt safe. While not the taj mahal it was clean.
Matthew, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff are very friendly and helpful during our 3 week stay
David, 28-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location

The location of the inn is wonderful, with a good amount of nature, but also lots of restaurants and shops. However, it wasn’t the cleanest. The room had lots of random hairs and dirt, and all the towels I received (even the ones I got after I asked for new ones) had hairs on them. All the appliances worked great, but the refrigerator did constantly make random noises which would be inconvenient for light sleepers.
Woon Pyo, 10-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff is great and love how it’s close to many options for food and shopping.
Kelvin, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay. We are currently homeless and we had a nice stay. And kept us warm and comfortable.
Jenne, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Desk staff were very nice. Bathrooms were clean with toiletries and clean towels. There was one cockroach on the bathroom counter which I had to kill. I did not see another. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and ample pillows.
Nancy, 3-night trip

Very comfy bed. Room was not clean. Hair and dust balls scattered on the floor. Only one plastic cup found under the sink. Bathtub and bathroom floor were filthy.
KENNETH, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good for sleepover and go.

Economically good. Good for night over and go. Big room. Comfortable bed. They say breakfast included but just a coffee and muffin. Don’t expect hot breakfast.
Arik, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.
7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location! The hallways were dirty. The AC unit was inches from the bed instead of in the living room. Not a bad stay overall though
Sean, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a good value. I liked the amenities in the room - mini kitchen that included a full sized fridge, microwave and cooktop. The wood floor made it feel cleaner than carpet. However, the hallways had dingy feeling carpets and a bad odor. I had to hold my breath every time I walked out of the room.
David, 10-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Comfy and close to restaurants, shopping

We booked in order to visit Salem and the drive wasn't bad. It was reasonably priced and minus strange hallway smells (maybe residents cooking? I got the idea some people live here long term) everything was fine. I liked having a fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable. No major complaints at all.
Deborah, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

business trip stay 6 nights

I stayed here for a short trip, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some inconveniences. Towels weren’t replaced, and guests were expected to wash them using the laundry machine. The room wasn’t very clean—there were hairs on the floor and dust on the lamp stand. On the bright side, the heater kept the room warm, and a simple breakfast was provided, which was a nice touch. There was no hair dryer, but an iron and hangers were available. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and amenities, the stay could have been much better.
6-night trip

6/10 Good

It was okay

The hotel staff were very nice. The hallways smelled terrible. The room was OK. The room itself was pretty clean, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I’m gonna give it a solid three stars cause it was cheap and it’s a great location.
shelby, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It was clean, simple, and had a kitchenette which is great however, there were no items in the kitchen you would have to call and request anything to use from the front desk.
Amy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was not clean. Cobwebs in the corners, under the bed was disgusting. It was full of dirt. The shower had hair in it, the sheets were stained green/blue, the towels also had dirt marks on them. The hallways smelt terrible as well. The man that checked us in was very nice though, and all the staff were nice. The facility needs to just clean up and it would be so much better.
Jacqueline, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The location of the property is convenient. One of the two elevators didn't work the two weeks I was there and wasn't falling by another tenant that the elevator has been down for the last 6 months. Although we were there for two weeks they never allowed us to have cleaning service. We did borrow a broom to sweep the floors, but that was about it. Overall I would say better experience was average at best.
John, 14-night trip

6/10 Good

My only issues was that the hallway on the second floor. Has a horrible smell. And that the first room was in had bugs on the corner of the room. And there was a dead roach. But I was moved to another room. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Jenne, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

It's an old property. They are very short staffed, the rooms are very basic not as comfortable as the photos. Staff was helpful and friendly but over worked. Vending machines are broken and not owned by the hotel so good luck getting your money back. The wifi is not reliable especially if you need to connect for work. Convenient to Burlington shops, mall and stores.
Lance, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff was very pleasant. There was a mishap with the door lock. We never were able to unlock our door with our keycards. Staff could not fix the locking mechanism. Room itself was not clean, toilet seat was broken, shower was dingy and appeared like it had not been cleaned. Thank goodness we only had to stay for the night.
1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

All was fine: convenient and clean. My only surprise came when I first entered the room --the heat was going full tilt, in excess of 80 degrees. I soon corrected this. Certainly not management's fault; likely the actions of the previous occupant. Other than this extremely minor (and quickly fixed) inconvenience, my stay was just fine. Thank you!
