First and foremost, the representative was amazing. However, the room was disgusting. It reeked of odor, which I can’t be around. There were roaches in the sink and along the bathroom and walls. It was a sketchy area, and it’s my fault for booking it. But it was a letdown that hotels.com didn’t update the pictures or provide any information about this hotel. Don’t do it plz.
