Check in was easy room look just the way it was in the photos clean environment. They offer a $15 credit per day that you can use at the bar or the restaurant which was awesome. Used it for breakfast. The next day got two coffees and some potatoes for $17. They do require a $35 parking fee or 45 for valet and then $120 on hold for incidentals.

I loved the atmosphere. Definitely very contemporary modern feel with lots of arts focus supporting local artists. I loved this. I also loved my room from the layout to all the amenities. The staff was friendly and offered information about local events happening in the neighborhood.

Modern art and industrial experience

I booked last minute. It's a nice hotel near downtown Phoenix off the tram line with some good coffee near by (Khavi). The service was great and art was interesting. The bed was OK but the industrial theme and design wasn't for us. I prefer a more traditional 4-star hotel. Parking fee was an extra $35/night.
