Long wait times but good location

Location to the center of everything is the main perk of this hotel. Check in took over an hour but that was no fault of the front desk staff who were all very kind, they were just under-staffed. The elevators also took excessively long due to the amount of people accessing them. Otherwise, the room itself was the quality to be expected.

No pool on my visit

This hotel needs to be updated. When we went the pool was shut down by the health department so we couldn’t go swimming. That’s the point of picking a hotel with a pool. I think before we went someone from the hotel should emailed or called letting me know it was close. The bed was comfortable. I don’t think I will be going back to this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located and connected to Bally’s. Customer Service is superb taking into consideration lack of staff. Roof top bar Vue had an amazing view and had a very friendly staff. Cocktails were good, but in addition to be slightly shabby all tables and the bar counter were dirty. It looks like wiping it down is not part of the service included. Bring some cleaning wipes, and you will enjoy it to the full extent. Prices are great and as a said cocktails and food are very decent.
