We came to see the Tim McGraw concert at Lucus Oil Live. It was only 5 miles away so the location was great. The room was large and spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good (as good as it could be without it being served to order) My only complaint is the noise from the interstate in the room. It felt like the truck were drive through my room, with this hotel not even next to the interstate.

Room was clean. Construction around the area mad it a little difficult to get around. The front desk clerk at check in was inconsistent to us at arrival. Just as I walked up to her in an attempt to check in, she answered a phone call. She ended up staying on the phone for 20+ minutes without acknowledging us. This was frustrating. She remains on the phone when she mouthed to me, “driver’s license”. She then checked us in without talking with us at all. I’m a Hilton reward member and was attempting to give her my number. When she finally got off the phone, (26 minutes), she said she couldn’t add the reward number. Hotel was nice though.

This property is going under a renovation, once finished it will be a good stopping point in Gainsville. Very large and clean rooms, good staff and a very good breakfast.

Great room and comfy bed. Very clean, too. Only problem was in the parking lot. There are tons of birds in the trees outside that will poo all over your cars. Stay away from the trees.
