Tivemos uma reclamação do vizinho de quarto sobre o barulho quando estávamos apenas conversando. Eram 20h30 e o pessoal da recepção não conseguiu nos realocar. Hotel sem roupas de cama e banho adequados. Faltaram toalhas de banho e rosto. Faltou também lençol e fronhas. Disseram que enviariam ao quarto assim que chegassem da lavanderia, porém não entregaram nada. Não deram também o cacau que é oferecido aos hóspedes. Comida sem graça e sem sabor. Hotel está muito descuidado. Não vale o valor cobrado, pois está muito ruim. Parece um hotel 3 estrelas.
