Staff were welcoming, polite and kind. Affable people. The room was tidy, comfy, spacious and enough for 2. Some areas were untidy and where the chair situated it appears that some kind of substance (glue) has been spilt and had dried to the wood other than that very nice. We were woken up a few times from the road outside and other guests, and we couldn’t find their underground parking however we parked a little down the street which was only £11 for 24 hours.
