Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and seemed to have been remodeled. Protesters at 5 am right outside were disturbing but outside of the hotel control. From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4 (mom, dad, 19yr, 12yr) in town for a concert. The easy access to the blue line was an added bonus. Room was very clean and comfy and worked well for what we needed. The bathroom is on the small side but we made due. They provided a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion (dove brand in big pump bottles). The housekeeping did an amazing job every day while we were out. Will definitely stay with them again if ever in Chicago.
