Nice that it is located right next to Donner Memorial Park. The hallways and grounds need to be cleaned and better maintained, looking kind of run down. Not the exceptional rating that I saw online, more like just a good rating.

I appreciated that the Hotel Staff sent me a message letting me know that I left my Camelbak Backpack in the room. Then they shipped it to my home for me. Very professional and trustworthy staff. I would definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area.
