Excellent experience, great price and value. Good: staff, clean and nice bed Bad: Toilet seat was broken, and people were smoking weed in the parking lot. Would come back, but maybe without the kids.

We only stayed 1 night. The room was booked because it had a sleeper sofa so my kids could have their own space. However, when I pulled out the bed part of the sofa it was full of dirt, crumbs, and stains. Also, there was not any bedding for it. The sheets on both of the beds had pet or human hair on them even though the first apperance of the beds were nicely made. I asked the desk for clean sheets and was given the wrong size and the also had hair on them. The room also smelled very musty. Breakfast was not stocked and the juice machine was broken. However the biscuits and gravy were good. The location was good. Not far from the I-485 Blue Link Station to take you into the city for a football game, basketball game, concert, or to hang out downtown Charlotte.
