We only stayed for one night and didn't use any of the amenities. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was helpful. The rooms and hotel were clean. Parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. It is close to the Plaza area. Our daughter is going to Grad school at UMKC and we feel this will be our go to place for visits.
