My slice of heaven

We were in Mexico City for a second time on our way home. We had an excellent stay with super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and a beautiful view from our room on the 19th floor and so comfortable beds. Pool area was wonderful and gorgeous views of the city from there also. We loved the Zona Rosa area and was close to so much delicious food and activities.

This hotel is an excellent option for a visit to CDMX. The staff are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. The location is perfect, close to the metro, Reforma and walkable to parks, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the serving staff are great. This will be my go to hotel when visiting CDMX in the future.

Cleaning staffs were friendly and well worked. Just one thing I want to ask them is that please knock the door upon entering the room. The room was clean. If the air conditioner could adjust the temperature, and if there was a refrigerator, it would be match better for me.

We wanted to cancel our booking because of changing our travel plans but since we booked the non-refundable room, we couldn't cancel it. We booked 4 nights and ended up staying only 1 night. However, the experience of staying the hotel century Reforma was wonderful! The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and kind. The doorman was sweet and dedicated. Some people left reviews like it's noisy, and yes, I could hear people talked loudly at midnight or car sounds in the early morning. But it wasn't too bad. Maybe our room was located a better side. Overall, we liked it and we want to come back again!

The location is great. Convenience stores, bars, restaurants and shopping mall within an easy walk. We stayed four nights before moving right into the city centre for work. We stayed on level 2 and recommend asking to be on a higher level to avoid noise. Overall a very good value hotel.

The staff was helpful and professional. The room was clean. The pool area is small. However, the location is extremely noisy from 6pm to 6am. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything. It was impossible to get a good night sleep. The noise during the day is normal city noise.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well located, near restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to the main square. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. There was a good enough gym for a workout. We paid for the breakfast but was totally worth it, really good breakfast with plenty of options and they even prepared a snack box for our last day as we were leaving very early. I would highly recommend it.
