Red Roof Inn 1 night stay

We stayed here after a concert at at&t stadium. It worked out well. The room was reasonably clean. The lot was well lit. This hotel is older and it shows but everything worked and was confortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is pretty good but a bit far to walk to the entertainment district. You'll need a 5 minute drive. It was an affordable place to crash, keep expectations in check and its fine.

Bad smell room/ no breakfast

The room smells really bad. When I did the reservation suppose to include continental breakfast ; The breakfast was just coffee . Nothing else.

wonderful stay, very peaceful. I love the renovations.
Tiffany, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was OK.

The place was not terrible. We liked the staff but the building was in poor condition. They are remodeling but it made the place smell bad throughout. It was located in a perfect location for where we are working and the view was not bad but there was nothing to look at around that area.
Elijah, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Martin, 2-night trip

The property is an older property. The towels and sheets had old stains on them. Someone was smoking marijuana and it would stink up the hallway. The microwave and the TV in the room didn't work well. The staff was friendly.

Smells and dirty
Daniel, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

When we walked in the door of our room there was construction dust everywhere, dirty towels on the floor, all cabinets were open, and ZERO bedding, just a mattress. Walked right back out, went to front desk and asked for a refund. Stayed somewhere else.
Amanda, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place smells horrible, the furniture is old & broken. A man was banging loudly on doors and yelling racial slurs. The next morning there was blood on the walls. Throughout the night there was arguing, doors slamming & people running down the halls. We called the front desk but were afraid to leave before sunrise.

Smelled in the hotel. We didn’t even stay the night, got another hotel.

This has to be the worst property ever do me a favor and never stay at this property from the customer service to the property the rooms having blood on the floor to the stains on the bed to the bedbugs to how nasty and dirty the carpet is walking to your room from us waiting three hours to even look at our room because they had no one working From the dog feces in the hallway and all this is not exaggeration and the list can go on and on and on do not I advise again do not ever stay at this hotel to the point where as soon as we walked in the room we had to leave And we weren’t. The only ones the line was long to check out.

Unfortunately I had to ask for a change of room because there was a plague inside. Too bad.
Juan Luis, 2-night trip

Very disappointed

There was some kind of construction going on that we were not warned about. The phone was broken and the complimentary pots and pans were not available. One pot and dirty coffee maker. Bathroom, floor was remodeled and the kitchenette stone was dirty. The pullout sofa bed was filthy had used Kleenex and dirt all over in the cushions. It was a smoke free hotel but it smelled like smoke and marijuanna. First floor smelled musty.

This hotel looks excellent in pictures and in person on the outside, but inside is very disappointing. First the desk clerk is behind what looks like bullet proof glass. The hallway carpet is very cheap and severely stained. Walls need repair in the common areas. My room was clean, but I found a live baby cockroach in my bathroom which made me feel uneasy about sleeping in my bed (is a cockroach going to crawl on me when I sleep?). This is one of those properties that looks good on the internet, but makes you sorry that you booked it when you arrived. I have stayed at many extended stays. This is the worst one so far.
J., 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I arrived to be told they did not have a room for me they were all sold out & that they were trying to reach since the morning and were unsuccessful after they did have my correct phone number and also correct email. I was left looking for a room in the evening w/2 kids after driving since that morning.
Abigail, 1-night trip

Hotel was expensive and not worth the price. Pictures on the internet look better then what you actually encounter! Not satisfied at all!
Karla, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Smelled like marijuana from moment you walk in. Dirty, loud, nothing like the pictures online show it to be.
Cheryl, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. The room the hallway the revelatory. As soon as you walked into the hallway it smelled like smoke. As you’re walking down the hallway you notice some room doors are bolted shut and others look like they can’t be shut all the way. The room furniture was run down. The bed was on just a frame with no bed skirt. I wish I had taken pictures but I only took five steps into the room before I ran out
Genetta, 2-night trip

We were delayed and didn’t get to the hotel till close to 1 AM . The hotel had given our room away. I am checking to make sure we did not pay for this room.
Julia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I booked a double room with 2 full beds. When I arrived they were sold out and only had a room with 1 bed and a sleeping couch. The sleeping couch was dirty. The linen was in bad condition. I was offered a refund for the price difference (booked room vs. actual room). Please, stay away from this hotel.
MARBELLY, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place is very ghetto! Air vents being help up with masking tape. Holes in walls, paint was barely on walls, toilet seat half on, it stunk of mildew and weed. Gang members with guns outside. Horrific condition.
Hollie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Overbooked and cancelled my reservation without notice. Very unsafe - customers cussing/fighting in lobby.
Amy, 1-night trip

Worst Hotel Ever

Wendy, 1-night trip

The couch was broken. There was riding all over the table. The wall needed repair. I would never have someone stay here.
