I never stayed here. I walked inside the room and was so disgusted i walked right back out with my things and by children. In short, it was filthy from the holes in the wall to the stained bed sheets that they called 'clean'. I didnt feel comfortable touching a thing and they still told me i wasnt entitled to a redund despite the property being dirty and unsafe

Nice staff, disgusting room

The staff was very friendly, but the condition of the room was terrible. The bedding was all white but had several stains. They only provided 2 standard pillows. It was a nonsmoking room that wreaked of smoke. The bathroom door didn’t have a door knob. It was dirty from floor to ceiling. Didn’t even end up sleeping there because of the smell and lack of cleanliness.

The door was damaged and wouldn't close properly or lock after asking for a different room the staff was very rude! The second room the heating and air didn't work and they wouldn't give me a different room or a refund to go somewhere else! Don't recommend anyone to stay there!

Took 45 minutes to check in (mind you, this was no one else in lobby) which made it close to 12 a.m. or later when we finally reached the room. It was very hot and muggy that evening, so first thing I attempted after walking in was to utilize the A/C unit in the room. To no avail, the unit would not power on, the front grate that protects the radiator had been removed, exposing the horrible mold covering the entirety of the unit. After attempting to switch on the A/C, the power to the whole room went out. I proceeded to call the front desk and was not getting the man who was working the front desk that night to answer. After three failed call attempts, he finally answers and responds to my power/A/C unit

Horrible

It was aweful. I was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator and I had none of that. By what the website looked like the pictures showed nice and clean rooms. We walk into our room and there is a square price of carpet missing by the front door. The room smells like mold that's been there for years. There were water stains everyone on the walls and ceiling. We walked I to the bathroom as there were roaches crawling on the walls every where. The only good thing about this hotel was the lady at the front desk gave us a refund.

Horror movie hotel

Very nice staff who are definitely not to blame. This is probably the worst hotel. I have to spend the night in. I was supposed to be there for three nights and had to leave after the first one. I have never stayed in a room as dirty as this one. That smell alone was enough to run you away. There was bugs, suspicious stains in the sheets, and overall the place is falling apart. Dirty bathroom and bad repairs overall. It also feels extremely unsafe. Nightmare overall. Moved to another hotel in the area with a similar price And it was 1000 times better
