BAD HOTEL WON'T RECOMMEND !!!!!

We got 3 rooms , because we went to a family funeral services . But in the 3 rooms there were no towels , hair in bathtub , one of the showers was not working , etc .... We try getting towels for all 3 rooms and they only gave us a bath towel for each room , 2 hand towels , no wash towels and no mats .....you can't see the hotel's name because it covered in tall grass . Won't recommend if it were the only hotel left ....BAD 😕 too bad I didn't take pictures

the hotelsisa 1-2 star. lower price means lower income travelers. the receptionist did not tell me the password for the wifi or anything else other than checking in. the ice machine on my floor was broken. the icemachine on the other floor worked but smelled like mold. the hallways smelled like marijuana is being smoked in rooms,no smoking signs are in the halways. toliet in my room was realy low and small, i am only 5' 10" 200 pounds and felt like i was on a kids toliet. place is showing its age, needs newer carpets and paint. location is at the eage of town, only store walking distance is a am/pm,starbucks.

Pictures in Expedia make it look nice. Total opposite of what’s in photos. Floors, walls, and furniture are dirty. No towels in room, no hot water during shower, power in room went out overnight so could not use my CPAP to sleep. Front desk person was friendly is only positive.

Dirty Hotel

I do NOT recommend this hotel, spend the extra $25-50 for a four-star hotel. This hotel is very dirty inside and out, the outside is not kept up, inside hotel area and room are dirty, the shower water head was not working just two streams of water coming out, the tub was old and dirty make sure you pack your flip-flaps. Bed was lumpy, There were broken vehicles parked outside and people hanging around with their vehicles that didn't belong there, I did not feel safe there. One light lamp did not work, and one person down the hallway had his music very loud. I will never stay there again. I will pay the extra money for a better stay.

You get what you pay for

I'll start with something positive. The beds are comfortable and I liked the choice of pillows. The rooms are fairly clean. There was dried soap residue in the soap dish attached to the shower, I scraped some off with my nail. That's just to give you an idea that it was far from meticulous. The management is very nice and they offered to change my room when I pointed out some issues. The phone did not work to call the front desk during my last TWO visits. When I complained at the front desk, they sent a repairman up to connect the phone properly. Every time I flushed the toilet, it made a VERY loud high pitched noise. It was too much trouble to pack and change rooms, so I didn't flush often. I think one problem is that the previous people using the rooms don't report these issues, so they are not corrected for the next guest. That's giving the management the benefit of the doubt. This hotel is probably as good as some others with similar ratings, but less expensive because it's on the outskirts of Watsonville.

A version of a prison visit...

I knew that the stay would be less than ideal, but I had no idea that I would be checking into a hotel that had patched walls in the room, a phone whose cord was cut, and a required visit to the front desk to get the TV operable. The final straw was the lack of towels in the bathroom.

Staff member at the desk was nice and friendly. Lots of areas need repair. There was no towel in my room. The water never got beyond slightly warm in the shower. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly. There weren't any plugs near the bed.
