Chaotic entrance

Lobby area clean. They only offer coffee and tea for breakfast; luckily eateries in walking distance. Clean room, floors may need sweeping a bit, old chipped tub. Check-in chaotic with fire alarm going off and only one person checking in clients. Two other staff came to help but really spent most of their time talking to each other. Primary staff trying to hear conversation while attending Check-in 's. Very distracting. They were pleasant.

Used to be good. Not anymore

They tried entering my room for no reason while i was almost asleep, when i got mad they said no one had a key and acted as if i was hallucinating. Then called the police and banned me from all red roof inns. Im not a random one night stay either. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this place and they all know i dont start problems like that. Most likely covering up for a theif housekeeper or manager. On top of that they just got new owners and the new owners have let the weeds get really high and let german cockroaches into the building.
