1strike 2 strikes ta hell with it I’m out.

It was an awful experience. The first 2 nights I stayed in 324 and my room keys would randomly stop working. In one particular instance I waited for almost an hr trying to get new keys made. There was a sign that said for help use the phone at the end of counter. I made the phone ring non stop for like an hr. My girl friend asked me to book again because it’s very convenient for her to commute too so I did. We get room 427 and the room was very cold and when I used the bathroom the toilet didn’t work and the shower ran brown. We changed rooms to 429 it also was very cold and the shower water was brown. I was very disappointed

This hotel is very dated and old. Usually nobody was ever available at the front desk. I would be surprised if this hotel closes and is demolished. They don't appear to put any money into the property.
