Overall a nice stay. The only inconvenience was the lack of rooms keys. The staff had to accompany us to the room each time we needed the door open. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean. The site offerings were nice with an updated bar and a new Starbucks.

This will be our family's second stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Location is very safe and quiet. Food was delicious. A big plus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great.

This is a nice hotel located on a busy street in La Piedad Michoacan. We were greeted by friendly front office staff for a quick and efficient check up in. The room was clean and the bed quite soft but comfortable. The furniture was perhaps a bit dated. There were no sugar free beverages in the vending machines so we walked across the busy street to a Walmart. As I am diabetic I would suggest the hotel ask their supplier to add at least one diet soda. David at the front desk was helpful in obtaining a pizza delivery. The hotel breakfast was excellent with cooked to order food with many ingredients.

Beds were super firm definitely not for someone with back problems. I requested a room changed but after checking out the other beds before moving the mattresses were all firm very uncomfortable stay.

Es un hotel bonito aunque ya antiguo. Pero el presonal muy amable. Tienen excelente desayuno. Pero les hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron de habitación, sin embargo, no era de la misma categoría porque no tenían disponibilidad. En el lavabo habia cabellos.
