Narita Tobu Hotel

We had an amazing one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet has great choices and delicious. This hotel was just a few minutes away from Narita airport and they have free shuttle.

Hotel close to the Airport

This is a good hotel near the airport if you arrive in Narita late at night and are going to continue by plane or train the next day. Shuttle bus runs every half hour with the exception of a few hours in the middle of the day (runs every hour).

Solid hotel

A solid hotel, super convenient to Narita. Inside was excellent, outside could use a coat of paint. They could also put a bench in the smoking area. I like to enjoy a cigar in the evening but all of Japan is kind of weird about smoking. Still, I’d recommend this plane if you’re flying out of Narita.

I have stayed here before and just as I remember the check in was super quick. Very friendly efficient staff. Great sized room and super comfy beds. The shuttle bus to the airport was always on time and very easy to find at the airport for the return trip to the hotel. Superb dining area with a vast array of choice. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient if arriving or departing Narita airport. Can walk to the terminals if you need to. Theyxdo have a shuttle bus as well. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Excellent Hotel near Narita Airport

Its a pleasure to stay with Tobi Narita Hotel, the hotel offers excellent shuttle aervices to and from the hotel. We also got the chance to eat breakfast and theres a whole lot of options specially for my kids who have eggs and peanut allergies. The convenient and drug stores on site are also magnificent. I wish we stayed longer as we are pampered with the professional staff

Not a proper airport hotel

None of the amenities were available at 11pm which is unacceptable for an airport hotel. Gym and sauna were closed. Convenience store was closed. The room was clean and the staff were nice but an airport hotel should be 24/7

Very convenient for short stays

Very conveniently located near the Narita Airport. They provide shuttles 2 a 3 times per hour. They offer a 9th floor sunset bar. A pharmacy located near the lobby provides Duty Free options if you are not consuming the good within Japan

The rooms are clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and the king-size rooms with a mini living room are comfortable and big. If you have your family, the kids can stay there and have a tatami style. The staff who helped me check in are really nice but staff, but I don't find the staff so friendly. For this trip, we've been to many hotels in Japan, but I received different customer service in this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good because they have a shuttle bus to the airport and other places.

A good choice families arriving into or leaving from Narita airport. It was easy to get the shuttle bus to and from the airport. The breakfast was great for our first jet-lagged morning in Japan. We also made use of room service which was very welcome.
