The Hotel y beautiful, the people that works there everyone gives the most professional service. The neighborhood is lovely, full of coffes and restaurants, the only thing is that as soon as we got to the hotel we were advertised to take taxi instead of walking at night due to the not safe situation, which we believe is not only on that neighborhood, however we just had great experience in Guadalajara. Definitely a lovely time spend there.

The small terrace was an extra touch, the bed was very comfortable and bathtub was beautiful and the water was hot and had good pressure. Highly recommended; attentive staff and service, very comfortable, great location. We found the music loud but that is probably more a function of us being older and out-of-touch; younger travellers would likely enjoy the musical ambiance.
