Hotel was really nice with balconies on some rooms which is awesome, close to downtown and had really good dining options in the hotel and close by, the pool was super awesome and you could order food and drinks from the lounge to the pool area which was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again when in Calgary without a doubt!

AC was noisy as was the construction across the street. I thought I was paying on what Hotels.com average per night just north of $400 but found out at checkout that I got premiumed the other two nights. Not cool.

Always love staying at the Hotel Arts. Excellent location to be in and excellent staff. My one issue on this trip was that my wife and I made reservations for poolside to relax and our server brought us our drinks but and a menu and didn’t end up returning to take our food order for 30-40 minutes so we decided to leave but we watched others who came in after us get served with drinks and food in that time span of an hour we spend there total.
