A nice hotel, very well located. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. However, they only clean if you request it the day before and the self-checkin seems slower and more complicated than if you do it the old fashioned way. Check-out was super easy online.

Great location across from Stockholm Station. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. Gluten free vegan Swedish pancakes were amazing. Great selection for gluten free and vegan folks. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

You always know what to expect with a Scandic and Scandic Continental didn't dissappoint. The bed was comfortable, and even though we had a room without windows everything was well planned in the room. Our room was on the 11th floor which gave us easy access to the rooftop seating. Although it was a bit cold for early May, the view of Stockholm City Hall in the sunset was amazing! Great location for getting around central Stockholm and the breakfast is typical Scandic breakfast with a good variety, though it was very crowded due to a holiday weekend.

The hotel is very clean and in a very nice condition, and the location is amazing. The breakfast was really good. However we are quite disappointed with the room we had, which was very small and nothing like the images at either hotels.com or the hotel's own website (we had booked a standard queen room). It also did not have a kettle despite being listed in the amenities and when we asked for one we got different replies from the front desk (first we couldn't have one because of fire safety, and the next day we could). My parents had booked the same type of room in this hotel and were staying here at the same time as us, and they had a much more spacious room. Clearly the range in what kind of room you might get is too large while still paying the same price for it. Considering the 3000 sek/night price tag we paid, I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this, and I would hesitate to say I would pick the same hotel again.

Vi hade en junior svit som var rymlig och snygg. Något lyhört dock. Städningen var undermålig. I badrummet var det slarvigt borttorkade blodfläckar samt tussar av långt mörkt hår i duschen (jag är blond). Sängarna var rymliga och bekväma. Överlag var vistelsen bra, men vi var bara en natt och mest bara för att sova.
