Selve opholdet var egentlig fint. God Seng og imødekommede og venlig reception, også overfor min søn på 4. Det var dog også ret lydt på værelserne ift. støj fra gangen sen aften. For lang ventetid i restaurant og bar. Det unge personale i bar og restaurant bør have bedre fornemmelse af prioritering ift. voksne par, der skal have deres vinmenu og en enlig mor med et træt barn på 4, der efterspørger 1 drik. Ventetid i 15 minutter på den børnevenlige drik, man kan få gratis til sit barn, som medlem af Scandic. Vi havde været afsted på tur og kom tilbage til hotellet omkring 18.30, hvor vi så ønskede at få drinken med på værelset og derfor fik vi besked på at vente. Hvis vi ville have den i baren, havde vi fået den med det samme. Hvilket egentlig burde være et fedt. Men der følte vi at det unge personale ikke havde den fjerneste ide om, hvordan det er at have en 4 årige med på tur og klokken er 18.30 (dvs. en lille time før egentlig sengetid). Men det lidt mere modne personale i receptionen var til gengæld meget servicemindet, imødekommende og havde klar flair for børn. Jeg havde kontaktet hotellet i god tid ift. min søns mælke- og æggeallergi og fik af vide at der var et fint udvalg af alternativer til morgenmad. Men både plantedrik og plantesmør var for gammel. Fik tilbud nyt smør, men det havde udløbsdato i maj 2025. Og de havde desværre ikke flere pakker. Så min søn på 4, fik tørt toastbrød med honning, et par gulerødder og peberfrugt til morgenmad.

Fint til formålet!

Bare fint til formålet. Gode senge og dyner. Vi havde vinduet åbent om natten og kunne fra tid til anden høre en bil, så det skal man kunne leve med. Betalingsparkering ved hotellet og gratis parkering - 250 m fra hotellet. Det er efterhånden sjældent med sidstnævnte.

Blev ved ankomst modtaget af det sureste ansigt, der ikke var specielt imødekommende. Efter en dag på messe, havde vi virkelig brug for lidt mad, men heller ikke det kunne der findes løsning på. Vi forlod hotellet og ventede med at tjekke ind til om aftenen, hvor vi igen blev mødt af et surt ansigt, og manglende service gen. Til gengæld var det et helt andet service niveau i restauranten, hvor vi var meget imponeret, og sagde det faktisk også direkte. Meget opløftende.
