I had mixed emotion about reviewing. The hotel was clean, the desk person Brianna was very helpful with a lock/card issue that I and others had. I thought the breakfast was mediocre was best. I was there to play in a 2 day golf event so in those situations, I don't have high expectations but I like the basics to be good. The lock issue was an annoying but not a deal breaker. As previously mentioned, the facilities were clean and the room amenities were in good order.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms, that made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every team member—from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay perfect. A special thank-you to Tokiko who worked at the staff desk, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was awesome! Please let her know that I appreciate her hard work. The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I also loved the breakfast in the morning—fresh, varied, and delicious. In short, Hotel exceeded all expectations. I felt truly cared for, and I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service! Thank You!
