Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and had trouble sleeping. The walls were also very thin — I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring room. Great service at arrival, but the room quality needs improvement.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The management however, was probably some of the rudest I have ever experienced. The beds were some of the worst I have stayed on and I have stayed in roadside motels with better linens. And I’m not sure what cleaning products they’re using, but the odor was atrocious.

This property is a fantastic property, especially if you’re going to be at the park most of the day because the pool is still open until 11 PM . It is also very walkable to many of the fast food restaurants if you need a snack. also, it’s loaded very close to the park entrances , so rideshares are easier and cheaper than renting a car paying $30 to park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the room was comfortable. A wonderful stay!

Stayed in a magic room, could see Epcot fireworks in the distance. My grandkids were mesmerized. Great place for kids, there’s a play zone and pizza and breakfast buffet. The customer service is stellar. Everyone is friendly and Viviana was exceptional! She went above and beyond both mornings while we had breakfast. Parking is free, WiFi is free, the resort fee is reasonable. Overall a great value for the money.
