This hotel is beautiful, everything is very new and clean. It’s also located at the perfect spot, 40 m around the corner and u are in the middle of the city centre. The staff is very nice as wel. Would recommend 10/10.

Incredible location. Truly super close to the heart of downtown Valencia. You can easily walk to the Central Market, Cathedral and all the main sights to see. Nice breakfast buffet with great service. Probably one of the best check in experiences I’ve had, Rosa was so helpful. Room was spacious, nicely decorated in fresh, villa style. Just be aware that there is a separate location for Suite Palace and Ingles, with the former being separate from the main lobby and restaurant.

This is an excellent option for anyone looking to stay central, in an excellent good room with a very reasonable price. The hotel is a 4 star quality. Excellent experience for us! Recommended.

It was a nice experience overall . The only problem was that checking in was in a different building and for the first time with the luggage it was not fun. Also breakfast ended too early.

Very convenient, 2 mins from placa real. "Annex" of hotel round corner, so effectively 24 hour, very helpful, reception.. All mod cons, safe, functioning air con,coffee machine(but only 4 pods). Lots of towels. Great shower.

Property is centrally located, within walking distance to the city center. Room was really clean. The breakfast included was also nice and convenient. The only drawback is that the front desk is located at an affiliated hotel about a block from the building, but it was not a major problem. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it.
