Room was very nice, typical size for this style hotel in Japan. Comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the location. The breakfast buffet was no joke, and was amazing for the price, it was a great way to start the days we were staying there. I would definitely book this location again if returning to the area.

Really great, clean hotel with a wonderful onsen that is included in the price. You can also book massage treatments (for a fee, but fairly priced) to your room, which was really nice after long days walking around. Comfortable bed, pretty good location, and modern hotel. We didn't try the restaurant as there were plenty of great food options in the area. They had plenty of complimentary toiletry items and umbrellas to borrow, which was nice. Based on the onsen alone, would definitely come back!

The public bath within the hotel is a good selling point. Overall cleanliness is very good. I stayed in the month of August, and the outdoor temperature is over 35deg C. The hotel is a 5-7 minutes walk to the Umeda station, and under this extreme weather condition, the walk was never a pleasant experience.

Easy and accommodating check-in and enjoyed all of the amenities. Comfortable and spacious room. We both loved the onsen in the morning and evening. Location is pretty good, but you should expect to walk about 10 minutes to get to different station locations. We liked it because we had day trips to Nara and Kobe and it was convenient for access there and getting to Dotonbori area.
