Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect for my activities in Downtown Dallas one day and then at UNT the next day. Not to mention proximity to the shopping I wanted to get done while visiting.

From the front desk to the morning breakfast service to general groundskeeping and maintenance, the employees were EXCEPTIONAL!! The room was also possibly the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping team absolutely wiped down every single surface, including light fixtures and behind the T.V. I have done some high-end professional residential cleaning so I can see all the “missed spots” when I travel and they hit them all!! I give an additional kudos for having clean products for sensitive skin!

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and up to date. The only small critique would be I wish there had been sausage or bacon at breakfast. The yogurt and egg scrambles were very good!
