I do not recommend this.
There is very little literature regarding managing the flat, no direct online contact method or listed emergency number. This was problematic when on arrival the wifi did not work. I found a number for the property on google maps, calling the number I was told to call a different number, even though I pointed out that the call for me is international and expensive, the person on the other end did not offer to call on my behalf or call me back.
No help for the wifi was given, which I had to solve by switching off the property electricity via the main swicthboard in order to get the wifi restarted.
Room is small, wardrobe is in the kitchen.
Although check out is at 11, cleaning statff started knocking on the door from 1030 and insisted on "checking the apartment".
