Went to the 100th anniversary of the Le Mans 24 hrs. We cycled in to the circuit each day which was very easy. Lovely, lovely hosts. Thoroughly recommended.

A wonderful stay, especially for someone who doesn't speak French. Excellent, friendly hosts, I learned a lot from them and their region. Since I was there for the 24 Hour race, it was even better, because the hosts enjoyed racing as well. If you bring a bike you can easily peddle to the track as 2 other guest from Britain did. The hardest part was trying to find Taxis in the area. Unless you speak French (to ask for a taxi) don't rely on taxis for transportation.
