My first time at this hotel in Asheville. Everyone was so nice. Jessie at the front desk when I came in late Friday night was so friendly. Rebecca who took care of my breakfast order Sat and Sun was super nice, as was the woman who waited on me this morning (I didn’t get her name). Sunday night the lady who took care of my dinner order was really friendly as well. The outdoor area where I are dinner Sunday was gorgeous. All in all an excellent experience.

Check in was simple, staff was really nice. The lobby and hallways were extremely clean. Our room was perfect with a great view. Also very clean. We decided to eat in the lobby restaurant.
