Tudo muitooooo demorado, muitas coisas do cardápio esgotadas. Pedi para trocar a roupa de cama do berç umas 4x. Então falta preparo para melhorar o atendimento. Infelizmente não achei que valeu o valor cobrado, nao me senti em um hotel 4/5 estrelas. Era meu aniversário nem feliz aniversário recebi haha. Mas melhorando essa questão, no geral é um excelente hotel, estrutra e quartos muito bons.
