Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Only issue was the gym was closed during my stay but other than that, everything was really great.

Room condition is maintained very clean throughout the stay. Hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. Location is very convenient to transportation and shopping. However the room smells musty and I have to use air freshener to get rid of the smell daily. Bathroom light is kind of dim but is manageable. Overall, I have a pleasant stay and will come back again.

Excellent location beside train station making very easy access to any part of Tokyo. Staff very helpful especially with luggage transfer. Rooms small, never understand why they fill them with furniture , take out 2 armchairs & unnecessary table & room would have been much more comfortable!,, had to move bed so both of us had access!!!!

Location is excellent, walkable to the station and within Yamanote line, means easy access arround Tokyo. Area is full of shopping and dining places, high and low, you dont have to go far. Service also excellent, always a helping hand, making sure you have a pleasant stay. This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo.
