This is a great hotel with good location, restaurants and amenities are also great, the only problem is that as this construction is rather old, there are some aging signs, such as some old pipes noise, bathroom ventilation need upgrades. Bedrooms are big, with comfortable beds. Good for families, that want bedrooms connected. I didn't like the carpets and the cleanning services. My kid is allergic to powder and acarus, and had allergies reactions. The breakfast is delicious, almost a brunch. There were some graduation parties and we could not sleep because drunk people stayed in the bedroom next to our bedroom. The hotel staff took hours to solve the problem.

The hotel is large and comfortable. It is very well located. The rooms are outdated and could use a renovation. The staff is not very friendly (especially the people at the lobby). My room was full of mosquitoes — I easily killed a dozen of them. I’m not sure if I would stay at this hotel again.

We loved our stay at Camino Real Polanco! The architecture is super unique and really cool to walk through—it feels like part of the experience. The whole place was really clean and well taken care of, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful the entire time. There are tons of great food options at the hotel, and everything we tried was seriously tasty. We especially loved the breakfast buffet—it had so much variety, and they even did a fun Easter-themed breakfast while we were there, which was such a nice touch! The location is awesome too—it’s just a short walk to Chapultepec Park and the museums. And whenever we needed to go further, there was always a taxi ready to go. Our son had a blast in the pool, and overall, it was just a great place to relax and explore the city. Would definitely stay here again!
