This property is very foreigner friendly. There are clear instructions on how to access the public bath and other amenities. The staff are very friendly. It is very convenient location wise. It is right next to the jr Shinkansen and local train lines. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great experience.

Amazing staying! The whole hotel was bright new, clean and organized. The frontdesk team was very fast and helpful. The onsen was really amazing; open door bath with great views to Mount Fuji!
