Bad Hotel

The entrance into the parking lot was bad. Room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being nonsmoking and I could smell people smoking in other rooms too. The AC stopped working after a little while. The shower got clogged up and was dirty. The window curtains wouldn't close and I was on the 1st floor so everyone in the parking lot would've been able to see into my room if I didn't improvise. The TV didn't air the only channel I tried watching despite carrying it. I tried getting an early checkout and partial refund but the front desk person didn't give me a refund because it was against their policy even though I was only a few hours into the day. And lastly before I left, the vending machine charged me for two waters when it only gave me one. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the first person I spoke to was nice and the bed was comfortable.
