Well situated for our needs

The parking lot was safe and we could park close in the handicapped area. The room is very worn out and could have been cleaner. The room was way too hot. The desk staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed here because close to the Royal Alexander Hospital.

Good old hotel.

Its an old hotel building, stayed there in the late 1960s, room is good, just needs remodeling, everything worn. Staff was excellent on check in. No bellman, carry your own luggage to your room. (But saved the tip) Despite advising against staying here, I was happy with the hotel.

The property was good, the rooms were nice enough but the lampshade was broken in our room, and I would say the rooms are outdated, stained carpet etc.. And you can’t control the temperature. So it was at around 22-23 the whole time (way too warm for sleeping for us). Past that the staff was friendly.

Booked our room with special request near evelvator and that was accommodated no problem 😊 bathrooms could use some updating, stained bathtubs, shower curtain way too long for shower, etc. No screens in windows in rooms or the hallways. Had to get my key reprogrammed each time I left as the key card would no longer work. I have stayed before and will probably stay again because the location is convenient and the price is affordable.
