This isn’t a fancy place, but for the price it’s a good value. The rooms are clean, beds are decent, staff are super friendly and the room comes with free breakfast. I have stayed here multiple times on quick trips and it’s always been a pleasant stay.

Great place in Spokane

It seemed they stayed open for me and waited for me to check in which was about 2 hours after the lobby closed. I hadn't been aware that it closed at 11:00 and our flight was delayed and they were still open so I'm thinking he was waiting for me because he left right after. How great is that?! The included breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic!!!

Nice local hotel in the heart of downtown.

This was a nice hotel in the heart of downtown. The front desk was cordial, and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Overall most things in the room were very clean, but a couple things (like the base of a floor lamp) had noticeable dust. Also, they had a mini coffee maker in the room, but the Keurig pods they provided didn’t fit this type of coffee maker, so…? They did have a room with coffee urns by the front office. You get a voucher for breakfast at a place a block or two away, which is nice.

The location of this hotel is good. Its close to everything. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the spokane falls during one of the most beautiful sunsets ive ever seen. The hotel is very old but everything has been redone in a very creative way. Cool artwork everywhere.
