It was a lovely stay at YOTEL Porto. It’s true the rooms are small, but since we stayed for a long weekend it’s all we needed. The rooms are always cleaned, I was impressed. The reception and any staff members were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We even tried the room service and it was amazing.

The hotel location was very convenient. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet until my last night there when I had a very noisy neighbor. For a four star hotel, amenities were not great. We were asked to pay for coffee or tea packets although there was a kettle in the room. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes, just an overhead rod. Most of hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
