While the hotel is somewhat dated and the towels a bit dingy, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to drop a trailer and have my Truck serviced by the local dealership. Staff was extremely considerate while I stayed day to day and offered a reasonable rate. I would stay here again.

The hotel was a great value, given it was only a couple days before a big event and we paid just over $100 for the night. The room was large and the bed was adequate - maybe on the firmer side of things. The only real gripe would be the AC unit - it didnt really keep a consistent temperature, so some sleep was lost due to maintaining cImfort through the night. Overall, its an older place, but not the worst place we've spent in Havasu - at least it was clean - but we've also stayed in nicer places.

The hotel room door was open when I arrived. No toilet paper and only one hand towel. I called the front desk, they said they would send both, but they never arrived. Bedding was dirty and stained.

Air conditioning unit didn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. Sheets were dirty and there were old alcohol
