Upon our arrival, the staff greeted us in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. The room was spacious and immaculate, comfortable beds and quiet. Breakfast was included and the buffet had plenty of traditional dishes as well as some continental options. Staff was always polite and helpful. Great place to stay at!

Awesome hotel.

Third time I stayed at this property and have not been disappointed a single time. The staff is professional, accommodating and friendly. Check in was a breeze and our room, as always, was clean and comfortable. We checked in under usual circumstances due to the earthquake that hit Guatemala, but the hotel staff made us feel safe. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a wonderful selection of Guatemalan and international dishes. Great hotel.

Loud but good airport transport

The airport pick up was the best part. The driver was timely and kind. The hotel was very noisy because someone rented the event space and there was very lound music until midnight. The breakfast brunch was good but very crowded. My room wasnt the cleanest. I prefer the small hotels around the airport.
