The hotel is cheap and cheerful. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was ok. Struggled to get hot water for a shower. Only option for coffee in the room. It is only a two star. You get what you pay for. The inclusive breakfast was ok. Quality of the food average.

The moment we walked in, it felt like a senior assisted living facility. The hallway was dim and carried a strong scent of cleaning detergent. The room itself was old but fairly spacious. The bathroom had no fan and no locks on the door. I had read the reviews before booking, so my expectations were low—because of that, I wasn’t disappointed with the stay. The location is very good; close to USF and restaurants.

The hotel was dirty and run down from the entrance to the rooms to the pool. Breakfast was basic and the toaster didn’t work. The carpets were so badly dirty as was the pool. I’m not sure of our sheets had been changed as there was hair on the sheet when we pulled the blanket down. We wore shoes in our room even in the shower. Very unclean.

The service was impeccable, however the Wi-Fi was not working, the bathroom had a dirty rag in it, the furniture was old and disgusting, the fire alarm was off the wall and lastly, when we went for breakfast, there was broken glass along the hallway, please do better.
