We turned up for dinner later that evening to find she hadn't even bothered to send our reservation through ... There was no record of us at the restaurant.

We had a great stay in a very nice clean room. On our first night we went to the bar to get dinner but sat at our table for at least half hour and we ended up approaching the bar to ask for menus and order drinks. Again we sat for a long time before we went to bar again to order food. Food was great but the service was rubbish. Needless to say we went elsewhere for food for remainder of our stay. Breakfast selection was excellent
