We had a very disappointing experience. Even though we booked for 3 nights, we ended up leaving after just 2 because the conditions were unacceptable. The room was not clean, the AC unit was barely functional, and the bathroom was far below basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, Hotels.com did not respond properly to our complaints, which was very frustrating. Based on this experience, we will not be booking through them again and definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
