Our suite lacked: Bathroom trash can Hand towels and enough washcloths Working remote for TV- even after asking for a 2nd one Lightbulb in one bedside lamp Working phone Any kind of dishes, cookware or supplies in the kitchen Hangers in closet Ice bucket Coffee maker or coffee in lobby Blanket on bed Water in pool Any maid service In addition, the hall carpet was dirty, the front desk was unmanned in the evenings and locked up in the mornings.

The staff at check in were really nice and kind. The first room smelled of urine and I was changed to another room right away . The bed was comfortable but not sure why the smoke detector was immediately above with the green and flashing red light. I used eye shades., The bathroom was ok except for the bottom of bath tub on the outside was coming apart Room was a very nice size and it was quiet. $19.00 for the kitchen plates etc.

We like these kinds of hotels because we can do our own cooking. The room did not have a single pan, pot, spoon, fork, cup, glass, dishwashing soap… NOTHING! Then we read somewhere that we had the option to PURCHASE these items, which we couldn’t have done anyway because the front desk was shut down and locked. And not a drop of coffee in the entire place, and no way to make it. Good thing Einstein bagels was next door. There was a fridge and freezer in the room, so there’s that. I won’t stay here again.
