Overall had an excellent stay. It’s a beautiful premises, perfect location, and the staff are very good. We had an ocean view room as an upgrade and was definitely worth the extra $$$. Only reasons for not 5 stars is the lack of swimmable beach (there is a small beach area but no swimming). While the food overall was excellent (both buffet and à la carte), I did pick up a small bout of food poisoning from my dinner one evening. Still overall we were very happy with our stay and can happily recommend this all inclusive in PDC.

The room and resort was clean. A few members of the staff weren't the most accommodating but I do recognize there was a spring break crowd so that can be frustrating. Of course, most staff members were lovely. It was difficult to get water as you had to ask if you wanted it unless you went up to your room and used those bottles and water in the Grab and Go was only sparkling.
