The hotel is clean and all staff was friendly. We did have an issue with housekeeping which was a bit frustrating for our stay but that was a situational issue. The location is very close to food, groceries, and Disney which was perfect for us. We would stay here again.

Galleria Palms was a nice place to stay. The location was amazing. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the Disney Parks and ESPN. The hot breakfast and mid day cookies were great! All of the staff members were so helpful and nice. It could use some updates on the facility itself, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

Stayed for a weekend trip to the Orlando theme park areas. Went to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and a Disney day. The hotel is centrally located, clean and reasonably priced. *Also one of the few hotels that still offer free parking which is huge selling point imo

Excellent Value Hotel Close to Disney

Value hotel near Disney with shuttles to lots of parks. Very clean, excellent service (front desk was wonderful!), breakfast was decent, especially for no charge, free parking, decent wi-fi, water pressure was excellent. My only complaint was there was no hairdryer in my room, but that may have just been an oversight. Also, maybe a couple more pillows (and some softer ones) would have been nice. Overall, excellent value, would absolutely stay here again.
